Staying On Diet

On thing I've noticed that helped with with Low Carb when I did that and I stayed pretty much at goal for over 5 years (fell way off due to having baby #2) was I had a community to talk too, alt.support.diet-lowcarb. Weight Watchers has something with that. Even posting here keeps me focused and on target so this is why I wanted to open up the comments.

So, how much weight do you want to lose? I still have at least 60 pounds. So far, I'm doing great on this diet. It's not the standard Simeons one, though.

1st time I lost 70 lbs gained 40 back so the 40. I was really stupid to gain it back! But it was also weird because I was still fitting into "skinny" clothes until I hit a gain of 30 lbs.

But I'm 43 so exercise is a must for more reasons then diet. Helps with bones, staying agile and all that.
