Exercise on hCG Diet

Yes, you need to walk while on the hcg diet and doing strenuous exercise isn't needed or desired. Heavy exercising on the hcg diet will retain water which will either show a gain or no loss. Strenuous exercising on the hCG diet may also cause hunger. We are only eating about 500 calories, so energy conservation is desired.

What other exercises would be good? What exercising are you doing on the hCG diet?

Yoga
Pilates
Stretching
Swimming......

The exercise restriction is the number one reason I, personally, decided to do a non-standard hCG diet. I walk, work out on cardio machines, do strenuous yoga, a step class, and Pilates ... AND I have energy to burn!!!

I know my path isn't for everyone. Sure, I'd love faster weight loss, but I feel so good, and I'm seeing such huge improvements in my fitness, that I have to be happy with my choice. I've been on my 1100 calorie a day hCG plan for 4-1/2 weeks. I'm JUST shy of a 20 pound loss!

Well 2 things, well 3. 1) Walking helps, briskly, 2) Water, ice cold and 3) Red Bull. Yep that caffeine does wonders for food thoughts. BUT it as citric acid which may, for some people, interfere with loosing. That is something that I picked up years ago from Low Carb eat.
