I have this little magnet posted on my frig. I LOVE IT. When I read it I always think, This is my life and I am responsible for creating what I want in my life and how I want my life to be.
But how does that apply to the hCG diet and dieting? Well This is YOUR life and YOU are responsible for creating what YOU want in YOUR life and how YOU want YOUR life to be!
When you go on the hCG diet, you have a desire to change yourself because you find your weight undesirable or the shape of your body or how your clothes fit or you want to be healthier and decreasing your weight will help do that. That is the essence of 'Creating Yourself', your desire.
People like the hCG diet because they see results fast. The weight loss happens daily and your body changes, it seems, over night. RESULTS. You take that desire and change it into focused intent. Your focused intent makes that change happen for you, you follow the hCG diet rules, you do the hCG protocol, you find others to help you, you ask questions. You are relentless, unstoppable and determined.
Take that same energy and apply it to other aspects of your life, things that you want to accomplish and you will change your life just like you are changing or have changed your weight, your body and your health.
You can't wait until you lose weight to start living, or be the person you want to be. You become who you want to be everyday you wake up. You have the ability to change your life. Sure it won't happen over night, little does, but you make little changes everyday until you are in the direction you want and your life is shaping up to what you envision for yourself.
