Yes, you need to walk while on the hcg diet and doing strenuous exercise isn't needed or desired. Heavy exercising on the hcg diet will retain water which will either show a gain or no loss. Strenuous exercising on the hCG diet may also cause hunger. We are only eating about 500 calories, so energy conservation is desired.
What other exercises would be good? What exercising are you doing on the hCG diet?
Yoga
Pilates
Stretching
Swimming......

hCG Diet Goal
One goal of mine that I will share is too funny for words so I thought I'd post a video for you to see. Why is this a goal? Cause I love to torture myself.
IF you have never had a Brizilian Wax or even if you have had one, you need to watch this! I found this about a year ago.
Seriously this is a hCG diet goal of mine because I didn't want people to see my belly fat and belly overhang when I had it done.
Have not made it to flat belly status even before so to date, it's still the wild bush from the Amazon down under, but one day, one day it won't be and I'm in for a treat. Or am I?

Sorry & hCG Diet Loss Update!
Well I've not be tending my blog because I've been building my site to go with my blog and frankly I'm failing! SO I will devote my entire 5 days to doing this new tutorial on building and watching the videos as I go to get it done. I was reading a book things were not going smoothly to say the least!
Okay, on the hcg diet I've not lost 17 lbs. Not bad, not the greats but not bad because that is 17 lbs less then before, 17 lbs of fat I don't have and 17 lbs off my joints!
Yes you have to look at things another way sometimes and I choose to celebrate every ounce of loss on the hcg diet protocol as a victory!! Why? Well being on the hcg diet isn't easy, eating hcg food isn't always the most abundant and if I'm going to have to do this diet again I'm not going to take it for granted.
Now for those just reading my blog, I want to say, the hcg diet didn't fail me. I stopped exercising and didn't take the 5 lbs gain or the 10 lbs gain that Pounds and Inches warns you about. That was my fault not the hcg diets fault. I also allowed myself to believe because my clothes were still fitting nicely and wasn't showing the gain, as it did take several months to really start to show up after I stopped exercising and wasn't actively dieting, that I was still OK. I wasn't.
I kept my weight off for 18 months after hCG. My record is 6 years on Low Carb Atkins style but, and I firmly believe this, my age (over 40) and my thyroid issues, I must exercise to be successful long term.
I'd say that the gain after exercising took about 4-6 months but again, I was eating whatever I wanted, not really watching that and not even walking!!
Lesson learned the hard way and I will not allow it to happen again. Can't afford to mentally, physically or health wise.
I LOVED the skinny me on hCG and I must admit I was skinnier on hCG then I was on low carb. Don't get me wrong I love low carb eating (I am not big on veggies, just don't like a lot of them, YMMV), but the hCG diet the fat loss was so much more and faster.
Okay enough of my personal sob story!! Post some happy news!

Hard To Restart & A Recipe
I will admit it's hard to restart your diet and to loss weight you already lost. But I'm down 7 lbs and happy!
I will in the future keep a sharp eye on my scale and make sure to do some form of exercise.
I use this recipe when I'm off diet but you maybe able to use while on diet.
Egg Beaters
1/2 packet Splenda
Crab Meat (I get lump)
Sweet Basil
Thyme
Measure out 50 grams of Egg Beaters and mix with 1/2 packet of Splenda.
Measure 50 grams of crab meat and mix with sweet basil and thyme.
Heat skillet and use 1 spray around of non stick coating (IF you have a pan that doesn't need it don't use the non stick.)
In skillet pour the Egg Beater into hot pan and let cook as you would an omelet.
Heat crab meat in microwave for 30-60 sec.
Once Egg Beater is ready spread crab meat over and slid out of pan or use your spatula to place in plate.
Roll up like a tortilla.
Bon Apetit!

Aunt Flow & Uncle Tom
They can just ruin a good plan! I restarted determine to lose what I gained back 2 weeks ago, but after the 2 day eat fest and 2 or 3 day getting my groove back,TOM and FLOW should up!!! I had to go off shots because they cause me SEVERE cramps if I shot up during my cycle. And FLOW last 7 days for me so I just restarted my restart Thursday, so today is my 1st official full diet day.
I found that was a little disheartening as I had lost 4 lbs prior to Flow. But that's okay she's gone and I'm back to focused attention.

Staying On Diet
On thing I've noticed that helped with with Low Carb when I did that and I stayed pretty much at goal for over 5 years (fell way off due to having baby #2) was I had a community to talk too, alt.support.diet-lowcarb. Weight Watchers has something with that. Even posting here keeps me focused and on target so this is why I wanted to open up the comments.
Comments
I'm going to turn on comments because I want feedback and offer to give help with the diet as needed.
Thanks
