I will admit it's hard to restart your diet and to loss weight you already lost. But I'm down 7 lbs and happy!
I will in the future keep a sharp eye on my scale and make sure to do some form of exercise.
I use this recipe when I'm off diet but you maybe able to use while on diet.
Egg Beaters
1/2 packet Splenda
Crab Meat (I get lump)
Sweet Basil
Thyme
Measure out 50 grams of Egg Beaters and mix with 1/2 packet of Splenda.
Measure 50 grams of crab meat and mix with sweet basil and thyme.
Heat skillet and use 1 spray around of non stick coating (IF you have a pan that doesn't need it don't use the non stick.)
In skillet pour the Egg Beater into hot pan and let cook as you would an omelet.
Heat crab meat in microwave for 30-60 sec.
Once Egg Beater is ready spread crab meat over and slid out of pan or use your spatula to place in plate.
Roll up like a tortilla.
Bon Apetit!

Aunt Flow & Uncle Tom
They can just ruin a good plan! I restarted determine to lose what I gained back 2 weeks ago, but after the 2 day eat fest and 2 or 3 day getting my groove back,TOM and FLOW should up!!! I had to go off shots because they cause me SEVERE cramps if I shot up during my cycle. And FLOW last 7 days for me so I just restarted my restart Thursday, so today is my 1st official full diet day.
I found that was a little disheartening as I had lost 4 lbs prior to Flow. But that's okay she's gone and I'm back to focused attention.

Staying On Diet
On thing I've noticed that helped with with Low Carb when I did that and I stayed pretty much at goal for over 5 years (fell way off due to having baby #2) was I had a community to talk too, alt.support.diet-lowcarb. Weight Watchers has something with that. Even posting here keeps me focused and on target so this is why I wanted to open up the comments.
Comments
I'm going to turn on comments because I want feedback and offer to give help with the diet as needed.

Cravings
Cravings is the #1 thing to ruin any diet let alone the hCG Diet! Eating 500 calories is a day is considered a VLCD (very low calorie diet) and unfortunately cravings feeling of hunger will happen and the reality is it's hard to over come.
So here are a few tips that work for me.
1. Chew your food slow
2. Drink a cold glass of water
3. L Glutamine in powder form
4. Peppermint
5. Cut out any artificial sweeteners for a few days
Okay chewing your food slow and eating slower in general will slow give your brain time to register that it has eaten.
Drinking water 1st will give your body time to determine if you were dehydrated or hungry. Sometimes your body will give you the same signals when it's really craving good old fashion cold water.
L Glutamine, an amino acid, can stabilize blood sugar and decrease alcohol cravings. Glutamine does this by several mechanisms. When the blood sugar is low, Glutamine suppresses insulin to stop the further decline of the sugar levels. It also stimulates glycogen (a stored form of glucose) to be released to help increase the blood sugar to normal levels.
Peppermint, this is really pretty old trick, but taking a few drops the essential oil peppermint and mixing it with distilled water or filtered water in a small bottle with a roller for a top does work for me. I just roll this on my tongue a few times when I feel cravings and the taste is I am craving is gone.
IF I feel I'm having extra cravings then I cut back on my AS intake it's a known trigger to start you on a roll that you can't get off of.
These are just little helpful tips! See hCG diet cravings for more tips!!

Best Eats
When you only have 100 grams of protein to eat you have to make it look like a lot. What I do is use chicken, crab meat and fish. I eat steak but I'd rather have that in a salad because it never looks like a lot of meat.
My target time to eat is 10 am my fruit, then 1pm a huge salad and protein and then 6pm fruit salad and protein. I usually eat the am fruit slow and have hot tea and water all day long. My daily looks like this.
5:30 am walk or T-Tapp, water
10:00 am water fruit
1:00 pm water or tea, salad, protein
6:00 pm water or tea, salad, protein, 1 veggie and fruit.
Water and tea is as needed or wanted. I do 8 oz of water when I exercise and 8 oz at each meal or snack.
My other option looks like this
5:30 am walk or T-Tapp, water
10 am water fruit
1:00 pm water tea, salad, protein
4 pm fruit
6:00 pm water or tea, salad, protein and 1 veggie
That's pretty much it. Spacing it out and water keeps simple and me not hungry. You also get use to eating less vs. more and I find I am full faster.
1 pound down!

Down
Down for 2 reason's. TOM and 2 pound.
This time around I will not shoot up while on my period. I have very painful cramps for a few months after stopping the shots. So bad I was having contractions every 5 minutes, could not get out of bed or do anything. Going to try to avoid that this time around.
I spend 4 days preparing my mind and body and getting back into the grove to have TOM show up. But I'm not going to let it stop me.
Another point I'd like to make about this gain that I found very interesting. The weight didn't just come back quickly, it was just last Christmas that I started to put it back on slowly when I stopped exercising.
What I noticed was I was still fitting into some of my skinner clothes as I was gaining. The fat didn't just come back in the same places very quickly. My belly was the last to get fat again.
Now I'm not trying to be a science experiment or anything but I found that interesting.
Well I didn't walk this morning but I will do my T-Tapp.
Peace!

I am BACK
Well it's been forever since I last posted anything on my HCG Diet or my Journey so I'd thought I get everyone up to speed. I gained weight! Well not because the diet failed but simply because I also stopped EXERCISING. See even after I stopped actively dieting I was still exercising, walking and doing T-Tapp. When I stopped that the weight started piling back on and I didn't do anything to stop it! So I am back dieting and exercising and back to T-Tapping my way to better health.
Did I ever make it to my goal? Yes and no. Into the jeans? No, into a smaller trimmer me? YES and that was because of the HCG diet and exercise. So I'm back will be actively posting and working towards being 150 again and healthy for life.
Look at age 43 soon to be 44, I gotta exercise to keep the weight at bay especially since I do LOVE to eat 'bad' foods sometimes.
